After being notified that our delivery was before 12 today I cancelled the appointment i had and rearranged it for this afternoon No show at 12 so rang to be told between 2 & 4 cancelled appointment again. Got to 4 and still NO show rang them again and was told that the lorry had returned to depot. A complete waste of a day hanging around when I had really important things to do. NOT HAPPY

4 days of calling and requesting a urgent delivery - can't get any answers, no one cares that it's 14degrees in my home, and I have a young family freezing cold and no hot water. They don't even have the courtesy to call back. Go elsewhere - I will be in future. Customer service is none existent

Have used Watson's several times now for oil always beat so called buying sites nice friendly staff in the offices when ordering and nice delivery drivers....

Booked with boiler juice. Saw them pull up und then they left. No fuel. When I contacted boiler juice they said tank was locked so they couldn't fill it. Why didn't they knock? They don't knock incase you're self isolating! Joke!

No one ever answers the phone! Doesn't anyone work there?

My first order with Watson fuels. My last.

Ordered fuel three weeks ago as the lead time was two weeks before the company said they could deliver. This was OK as still had oil at that point. Two weeks later, my oil was supposed to have been delivered by or before 2/6/21 - no delivery as the driver had told the depot my tank was too dangerous to deliver to. Had the driver read the note on my ticket, it would have told the driver to go to new tank. Have been trying to rearrange delivery since then to be told that they can only email the delivery depot instead of phone so as of 7/6/21 I have no oil and still no confidence that my oil will ever be delivered. The company is happy to take your money but not quick to sort out problems.

Totally ran out of oil and due to people panic buying our normal supplier had a 2 week wait but this company came to my rescue within a few days .very good service and polite too .

promised delivery today so took day off and nothing came so phoned at 4.30 and said changed day- could nor be bothered to call. booked via boiler juice so dont usw tgem either
