Unhelpful & rude staff. Will travel to Bideford in future

Absolutely appalling service, visited 3 times in 3 months for prescsriptions. Waiting time in long queue up to an hour. Each time told would have to pick up next day due to backlog. When collecting next day have to queue again for up to an hour! Lovely staff but completely stressed out. What a way to run a business. Lloyds are lucky it is the only Pharmacist in Torrington otherwise nobody would go there.

Slow, always disorganised. Unnecessarily long queueing times. Some staff helpful, some rude, no sense of urgency. Shuffle backwards and forwards looking for prescriptions. Pretty shambolic.

Everytime you go here you have to wait forever, only to be told to drive elsewhere because they have no stock. Unless you go in for methodone, in which case you can merrily queue jump. Terrible and pointless place.

Prescriptions are taking 11 days now despite a note on the door saying 7 days. Completely unacceptable. This is people’s physical or mental health that’s being affected by being unable to get their medication. Long slow queues. Regularly shut for the afternoon.

THE WORST pharmacy in the entire county. They seem to delight in making people wait for ages, before finally telling them they "can't do it today", over and over, wasting everyone's time. They are so poorly organised, you could write a thesis of how not to run an organisation. The counter employees there are USELESS and often rude, with only the actual chemist with any kind of clue about how to act. AVOID!

Everytime you go in this place it takes the best part of an hour, its probably not the staffs fault its the system they are using, they cant find anything, you just stand in the queue losing the will to live, my wife has just stood for an hour waiting for pain killers for 3 bulging discs in her back and guess what she comes out empty handed they cant find it which is what they told her last week after an hours queue DISGUSTING SERVICE i wouldnt work there for all the tea in China utter embarrassment, SHOCKING SERVICE

I wouldn't usually leave a review... seeing as the staff where unapologetic, attentive, authentic, understanding or respectful today I will. please know what your current offers are. On your products ;elderly and others might find your font size to small to pick up on deals, such as buy one get one free. which you did not emphasise (sell) or pick up on... meaning we walked out without the deal yesterday, went back into day and clocked it.no apology or request to put problem right. walked out feeling dissatisfied and neglected from cashier. worst part you're the only pharmacy in town to, I would not use, if it wasn't out of convivence.

Nice enough people but why bother with 2 tills and 1 is only working? Plus, really long wait times and even longer cues.
