Great pool, friendly staff the changing rooms are clean and tidy. The pool is kept at a good temperature and is great for kids, also has a proper deep end 🙂

This pool is aging a bit now.. However, it is kept in tip-top order by the staff and is exceptionally clean!

Called serval times to find out more info as website was not helpful. No answer, drive there and 4 / 5 staff on not doing anything. Told they were full despite a 3 hour session available. Told we couldn’t book for any time slots to swim. Ran by kids, no care. Staff seen eating the snacks from the counter . Disappointed

Have swum here several times over the past couple of weeks while staying locally and really enjoyed it every time. I found all the staff to be friendly and helpful and the pool itself is great. Looking forward to having a chance to come back!

I took my grandchildren to the fun hour on Friday 17/2 having called in the day before to check. I was told to get there for 1.30. We arrived at 13.25 to be told that it was full as they only had two staff on duty so only 30 swimmers could be admitted!!!! This was half term and a wet day!!! Very badly organised and planned by the management.

Brilliant staff , clean facilities, perfect ph levels of pool water , warm changing rooms and showers…….always look forward to my swim

Pretty old pool, friendly happy staff. Would be nice if they fixed the front door so it closes itself and doesn't let the cold air in.

We were staying locally on holiday and booked for a swim on a raining day. Took a while to book the 6 of us as they required lots of details over the phone. We took 2 under 2's with us. Staff were friendly facilities were good but sadly the local people in the pool and changing rooms were less than welcoming and made us feel very out-of place. It was an open swim session we stayed close to the edge but got lots of disgruntled looks which sadly ruined our 45min session. Would certainly not return with my little one again and sadly would not recommend to others either. :(

This center has a lot of bad reviews. And I can't think why? It's a small towns swimming pool and not enough people use it. It's clean, staff are great and just what you need for a swim needed for exercise and mental health..
